If you are looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to have full responsibility for the Service and Parts Department this exceptional role is for you

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Operations/Service Manager to take full responsibility for the Service side of our highly successful dealership - based in Regional Victoria

The role:

Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service and parts department
Manage all daytoday operations in the service and parts department
Ensure service department is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved
Always provide the best possible customer service whilst leading the team
Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Manage service/partsrelated inquiries and complaints
Prepare and manage the service department's budget
Monitor financial performance and implement costsaving measures as required
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

About you:

Service/Parts Manager with a proven track record in automotive
Exceptional customer service and people management skills
Reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic, able to motivate and support your team
Commercially focused with strong leadership skills
A strong emphasis and proven track record in customer satisfaction and meeting and exceeding KPI's
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Professionalism and high standards of personal presentation
A friendly and approachable personality including great people management skills
