The Manager, Employee Value Proposition is responsible for leading the development and implementation of an authentic, unique and compelling EVP for RMIT.
Working in strong partnership with the Manager, Employee Experience and Employer Branding Manager, the Manager EVP will research the current value proposition for RMIT employees across Colleges, Portfolios, Entities and locations.
The manager will consolidate this internal research with best practice approaches, new benefits and conditions emerging from enterprise agreements and RMIT strategies, and alignment with shifts in the employee experience that optimise engagement and enable delivery of RMIT's ambitious 'Knowledge with action' strategy.
The RMIT Employee Value Proposition (EVP) will combine the 'hard' benefits of working at RMIT with the benefits of strong culture and identity, career development and growth opportunity, inclusive workplaces and a positive employee experience.
As part of the broader Organisational Development and Talent Acquisition team, this position will contribute to stakeholder engagement, scoping and discovery, research and analysis, journey mapping, design and delivery, and evaluation of employee experience processes to input into EVP development.
- Demonstrated experience in an organisational development consulting role within a complex environment. Previous experience developing an organisational EVP will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience in consultation, coaching, group facilitation and presenting to leadership groups with a proven ability to influence, establish credibility and appropriately challenge across all leadership levels.
- Proven ability to be agile, customer focused and build collaborative partnerships with all levels of leadership and stakeholders.
- Welldeveloped project management, research and analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of best practice approaches to EVP creation, implementation and ongoing management.
