The Client

Our client is responsible for the overall management of the public health system in Queensland.

The Role

You will be providing high level administrative support to three Directors. Your day-to-day duties will consist of, but will not be limited to:

Diary and email management;
Minute taking; and
Distribution of papers.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:

Previous experience working at an Executive Assistant level;
Knowledge of MS Office - intermediate level; and
Recent minute taking experience.

What's on Offer

Upper Mt Gravatt location;
8:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday; and
Flexible work arrangements once settled in the role.
