Your New Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly receptionist to support our team in the Wacol branch.

This is a job-share role as the first point of contact in the branch, you are responsible for delivering first-class customer service to our internal and external customers through:


  • Being the "Director of First Impressions"
  • Undertaking all general administration duties such as typing, photocopying, mail, maintaining databases, stationery orders, creating purchase orders and receipting invoices
  • Coordinate daytoday contractor/visitor sign in and inductions
  • Assisting in the coordination of branch maintenance and management meetings
  • Providing superior administrative and office support to the Business Administration Manager and Finance Department
  • Actively contributing to branch HSE and compliance requirements
  • Positive and professional presentation to all employees, visitors and customers and ensuring the branch is "Penske Ready".
This is a permanent part-time position only, 22.5 hours per week, 8:00am - 12:30pm, Monday to Friday. You may be required to work additional hours to relieve co-receptionist.
