We are currently looking for a Development Lead (CRM) to work in a significant financial services organisation on a very exciting piece of work.


This role will be pivotal in developing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and supporting and running the solution post program along with the ability to change / develop features as per future roadmap.


Key Responsibilities:


The Development Lead will be responsible for the design, delivery, engineering practices, operational health, availability, stability and performance of CRM End-To-End Solution.

Review and participate in platform design, development and operation of CRM (Platform and Non-Functional Requirements) by Implementation Partner;
Accountable for ensuring that the End-To-End solution follows the best practices of design and development;

Define, establish, follow and embed engineering practices and procedures within the platform team including Design guidelines, coding standards, appropriate development and test practices, tool and automation of delivery and operations - e.g.

, CI-CD, Monitoring, Health checks, Alerting, Incident / problem Management, Release & change management;
Leading a small team of developers / engineers - inhouse or partners;
Collaborate with other stakeholders and partners in the organisation to lead Change (development, delivery), incident / problem management activities including managing on-call support, service restoration and root cause analysis / resolution;
Work with the platform team to identify and manage risks associated with the design and operations of the platform;
Collaborate with the internal teams and partners to run regular reviews of solution, engineering, delivery & operational practices and platform health and manage ongoing operational actions;
Collaborate with the team and partners to consolidate and maintain the documentation related to the platform including requirements, technical designs, testing documentation, operational procedures and processes;
Work with the platform team to identify and deliver continuous improvement and innovation of the operational health of the platform; and

Responsible to work with Support team in line with Service Management Plan and produce relevant reports / information.


Key Skills:

Design and Development experience in Dynamics 365;
Experience in designing and building solutions on Azure and Power Platform;
Experience in API frameworks and Data flow using Azure native components;
Knowledge of Service management / Incident management of integrated operational systems;
Experience working with multiple stakeholders - internal and external partners; and

Good To have - Insight of Banking and Finance sector regulations and compliances.
