Description

BLACKROC is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to work within award winning Intelligent Transport System Company. Collaborating closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project coordination. You collaborate closely with project teams to accurately track progress, analyse resource allocation, and prepare comprehensive status reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Project team by facilitating the generation of monthly customer status reports and ensuring seamless communication with customers through various channels.
Extend practical assistance to other business groups, contributing to their success in achieving their specific business objectives.
Provide valuable recommendations for issue and risk assessment when faced with challenges or deviations in projects.
Assist the Project team in efficiently preparing comprehensive financial reports for individual projects as well as the entire group.
Proactively identify and address potential administrative issues within project(s) by conducting thorough analyses of actual and projected costs, revenue, profitability, and resource allocation.
Communicate these findings effectively to the Team Leader or Director.

About you:

3+ years of experience within the IT Project or Resource Management.
Experience in Force.

Com highly desirable but not essential.

Continuously developing understanding of Agile methodology in the context of IT Projects, ensuring adaptability and flexibility.
Wellversed in working effectively within IT environments, leveraging technical knowledge to drive success.
Proven track record of effectively managing smallscale projects, delivering results with precision and efficiency.
