About The Role.
We're seeking an entrepreneurial and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our mission forward.

This is a pivotal role, where you'll have the autonomy to work agilely, shape our marketing strategies, and collaborate with a purpose-driven team.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will:
Strategic Marketing and Campaign Elements (70% of the role):

  • Lead our strategic marketing efforts, including defining and executing marketing strategies to promote our technology products, such as The Greenbook and The Footprint Calculator, as leading carbon management tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and content strategies.
  • Develop and support B2B marketing activities, including the Strategic Account Program, thought leadership, event coordination, referral networks and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing at TSA to align marketing efforts and ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Manage the Salesforce CRM platform to ensure up to date and accurate pipeline management.
  • Manage and proactively address the revenue pipeline with the General Manager and Product Manager

Bid and Winning Work Elements (30% of the role):

  • Assist in preparing and managing all proposals and tender submissions.
  • Collaborate on bid strategies, crafting win themes and executive summaries, and facilitating workshops.
  • Source new opportunities and manage the qualification process to secure projects.
  • Ensure the timely coordination of tender activities and submissions.
  • Develop account plans/strategies and create tailored case studies and collateral.
  • Maintain quality control procedures for all proposal submissions.
  • Your ability to drive marketing initiatives, analyze data, and collaborate with the marketing team will be crucial in positioning our products and company as leaders in the industry.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a growth marketer or in a similar role within SAAS, Start Up or Environmental firms, product or service.
  • Proficiency in strategic marketing, digital marketing campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Exceptional time and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in clientfocused programs, strategic account management, or communications.
  • Outstanding written skills with an eye for detail.
  • A team player who values learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of marketing and business development strategies, including collateral development.
