The role


You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Consultant and HICAPS stakeholders to create the strategic development, delivery, optimisation, and measurement of the marketing program for the business to achieve all customer and financial targets.

**Your responsibilities

  • Delivering on agreed marketing targets for the brand and product portfolio against marketing investment
  • Stakeholder Management of all associated HICAPS relationships
  • Driving value growth and customer/footings retention and acquisition
  • Briefing & prioritising marketing initiatives
  • Partnering with the Senior Consultant to develop strategy/thinking for the marketing program including business benefit to inform prioritisation
  • Leading the development of customer and marketing strategies that will lead to the achievement of overarching business objectives
  • Overseeing the design and delivery of marketing activity that aligns with agreed customer and marketing strategies
  • Managing and overseeing of key marketing performance including setting measurement criteria and frameworks to assess performance of all marketing activity
  • Coordinating the alignment of purpose with strategic partners, marketing teams and other teams across the value chain to ensure all marketing activity delivers optimal customer and business outcomes
  • The Endtoend delivery of prioritised campaigns including budget responsibility, media, and creative/content management. Will draw on internal specialisations to ensure bestinclass campaigns
**What you will need

  • 7+ years' experience as a B2B marketing professional
  • Senior stakeholder management experience
  • Services industry experience
  • An understanding of media attribution, conversion funnels, and effective tools for optimisation
  • Proven ability in the areas of marketing analytics, customer segmentation, channel management and measurement for business portfolios
  • Ability to synthesise complex information, connect the dots and tell a cohesive story
  • An analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
  • A combination of strategic skills and commercial acumen
