About the Role
We are looking for a PMO Manager to join our Strategy team.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will lead and drive our PMO function by developing project management capability within our teams, ensuring all projects are run in a consistent way and providing the required support to execute our program of work.

You will have 1 direct report (PMO Coordinator).

What you'll be doing:

Work closely with our Executive/Leadership team to administer and drive delivery of our program of work.
Manage the Grill'd Program of Work, Horizon Planning, and reporting of our Annual / Strategic plan.
You will partner with various departments and stakeholders within our Support office and provide guidance on best practice.
Look for continuous improvements to the current PMO process.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience within a similar PMO role and exposure working within a midtier organisation.
Established experience in managing project frameworks and programs.
You are a true business partner who values building strong professional relationships across all levels, from our executive team to key stakeholders within our support office to ensure that all expectations and outcomes of PMO are achieved.
You are organised, with strong influencing skills to encourage teams to work collaboratively across departments.
