About the Role
Working in a small team of 5, you'll add significant value by:
- Greeting and welcome customers into the showroom and showcase the range of stone slabs and tiles to an audience of architects, designers and high end retail clients.
- Asking appropriate and relevant questions to customers to understand their tastes, styles, ideas, budget, and timelines to provide a tailored selection of natural stone products.
- Liaising with the project stakeholders on samples, quotes and lead times in order to provide specific, relevant, and up to date information on the product.
- Coordinating sample requests, customer followups, invoicing, and order updates.
- Maintaining the immaculate presentation of the showroom
About You
- You've always had a keen eye for interiors scrolling through Pinterest in your free time. You'd love the opportunity to combine your interest in design with your desire to work collaboratively with your colleagues and customers towards a common goal.
- You understand the value of having a genuine conversation with a customer and identifying exactly what they're looking for. You know how to put yourself in someone else's shoes and envision what they're going through by asking open questions to explore further.
- You're a natural planner so you've devised a system to effectively manage and prioritise your time. You've never missed a deadline and your todo list never goes unchecked.
Selection Criteria
To be successful for this incredible opportunity you must have the following:
