About the role


The purpose of this role is the support, development and maintenance of the firm's core Practice Management System, Thomson Reuters Elite3E.

This role will be reporting into the IT Manager for Applications.

The main office is in Melbourne CBD but there is opportunity to work from home and also the Dandenong office.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with system upgrades and support activities as required
  • Analyze data and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions
  • Provide or assist with programming for some inhouse IT projects
  • Provide SQL administration in live and test environments
  • Assist with the updating of existing and development of new reports

Skills and experience

  • Experience working in Law Firms highly desirable
  • Strong experience in Elite3E or Aderant
  • Strong understanding in SQL scripts and database architecture
  • Understanding of ITIL Framework
  • Analytical skills for creating meaningful reports
  • Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI, SSRS, Tableau, etc.
