The company
This real estate agency is a reputable agency located in Scarborough.

They are currently looking to hire a Property Manager to cover someone on holiday.
Dates are from the 3rd of February 2023 for 1 day handover till the 17th included of February.


The role

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Arrears management
  • Routine inspections (local and usually 4 or so a day)
  • Final Bond Inspections, as required
  • Property Condition Report updates, as required (new PCR's are outsourced)
  • Maintenance management
  • Rental home opens
  • Daily portfolio management
  • The pay is up to $35/hour + Super

To be considered:

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager
  • A cando attitude
  • Have your own vehicle as it be required to go in inspections visits (petrol would be expensed to the company)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
