Your new role

We're looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference—for our customers, for each other, and for CSC.

As the
Enterprise Test Manager, you will have the responsibility of leading the delivery and managing the end to end
enterprise testing processes throughout the organisation.

You will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the excellence and dependability of our software solutions, ensuring they adhere to top-notch standards.

To be successful in the role, you will have strong experience in implementing an Enterprise Testing practice for an organisation.

It is pivotal that you bring your drive, a consultative communication approach and innovation to this position.

You will need excellent communication skills, in particular an ability to translate and communicate complex issues in simple terms, such that they can be understood and acted upon, will be the key to your success.

What you'll need to excel

Proven experience building and maturing an enterprise test function
Ability to formulate comprehensive test strategies considering both functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of test professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in testing practices.
Experience developing detailed test plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills, with ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels including senior managers and section heads
