A boutique accounting and financial advisory practice located in Melbourne's CBD is offering a ground floor opportunity for someone who is motivated and excited to develop a career in financial services.


The successful trainee will have the opportunity to develop their experience and skills on the job whilst working towards completing a
Certificate III in Business.


As an Office Administration Trainee, you will be responsible for learning the daily administrative and customer service functions of the business.

You will also assist the customer service and administration team members in the performance of their roles while receiving on the job training and support.

  • Key Accountabilities_
  • Learn the day to day administration functions of the business
  • Assist with implementation of clients' strategies
  • Prepare Client's Review Pack
  • Provide Exceptional Service to Practice Clients and colleagues
  • Effectively Manage Practice Procedures
  • Maintain professional knowledge and technical financial planning skills
  • Liaise with clients as required from time to time
  • Key selection criteria_
  • Demonstrated cando attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and possess good communication skills.
  • Ability to work against key performance indicators
  • Have an interest in business administration or financial services highly regarded
  • Good computer skills
  • If successful, you will be required to undertake a national police check.
