The Opportunity


The
Sales Support Consultant will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective support across our Higher Education Sales team.


The role is broad in scope and requires a high degree of initiative, attention detail and self-management to team with the full range of activities related to the sales consultant conversion of leads.

The primary role is to support the sales consultants through follow up existing leads and support the consultant in obtaining the appropriate documentation and compliance requirements, including supporting the inbound queue and directing the queries to appropriate consultant as needed.


About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to the development of a culture that maximises employee and student engagement.
  • A solutionfocused attitude to problem solving.
  • Experience in a high volume outbound calling environment (ideally sales).
  • A demonstrated commitment to exemplary customer service principles and the ability to be flexible and responsive.
  • Evidence of being a handson selfstarter with a solutionfocused attitude to problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to facilitate the provision of advice and support.
  • Excellent written communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.
