Quality Inspection Officer

BGB is a leading Marketer / Packer within the Fresh Produce Industry who produces a diverse range of Fresh Produce.

Located within the Brisbane Markets at Rocklea, we distribute our range of products around Australia.

Owing to growth and as part of our ongoing commitment to provide quality products, we are seeking enthusiastic Full-time Quality Controllers to join our Quality team.
Both Full-time roles require a 2.00am start Tuesday to Saturday, with the other role Thursday to Monday.

Reporting directly to the Production Manager you will be responsible for:

Assuring the reliability and consistency of production by following our processes and final product inspection ready for dispatch.
Monitoring food safety to enhance the quality of the finished product across the production process and product range.
Take ownership of the quality checking
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Be proactive and a problem solver with attention to detail.
Willingness to perform hands on duties.
Possess current Australian working rights.
Be able to reliably commute to and from our location.

Salary:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
