Owned Media

Under the direction of the Manager for your team, you will be responsible for supporting the Owned Media delivery for your client(s) from a strategy, implementation, results and client satisfaction perspective.

In turn, supporting the

profitability and effectiveness of the Owned Media team is maximised and seeking new opportunities for growth with the Manager/Associate Director.

You are expected to build trusted and influential relationships with all clients, internal Biddable Media, Connections Planning teams along with external technology partners is key, to uncover new opportunities for clients and

strengthen the effectiveness of the Owned Media stream of work. You will be expected to support in adhering to all processes mapped out with your team.

You will also be supporting the Owned Media Director to expand the knowledge of SEO and Owned Digital Media within the wider business at Mindshare.

As a result, non-search members of the Mindshare team should have an understanding of the team's purpose, value and ways of working.

Attend and run training programs in line with your manager, inspirational forums and attend external motivating talks, in collaboration and support of the Owned Media team.

Your Team

Owned Media is a part of the Digital Solutions collective at Mindshare, who are responsible for the delivery of Mindshare's Search, SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Adtech, Performance Partnerships, Social products, and services.

It is

responsible for delivering the Mindshare Performance Media function via utilising systems, processes and practices that enables work to move throughout the agency teams and departments effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Delivers Owned Media activities within Mindshare hours and agreed client scope of works (does not over or under service clients).
Understands the client deliverables, expectations and timelines.
Has deep understanding of the client(s) category and applies to work consistently helps to deliver outputs to increase/maintain client satisfaction.
Ensures communication with client is upheld daily or as directed by the Owned Media Manager.
Has a thorough knowledge of the fundamentals for Owned Media performance.
Showcases competency in on/offpage and technical optimisation tasks and tactics.
Ensures tasks are completed on time and communication of updates provided to SEO Manager.
Integrate seamlessly with client account teams.
Assists the Owned Media Manager in ensuring all financial processes are followed with 100% accuracy e.g., monthly invoicing.
Support and present on client presentations, QBRs and demonstrates quality client service.
Builds an understanding of the billing and invoicing process (compliance, timesheets, scope updates).
