We are at the beginning of a broad credit risk systems transformation, which aims to provide an integrated experience for all credit risk activities.

Join our Credit Risk technology team in building systems for managing and monitoring the credit risk of Macquarie's customers.

The team develops various systems that allow Credit Analysts to derive credit ratings for customers, set their credit limits, monitor each customer's exposures, and providing data downstream for reporting.

What role will you play?


You will lead the Scrum teams as a servant leader, who promotes the Agile mindset, values, and behaviours in our cross-regional teams (Sydney, Gurugram, London).

Beyond facilitating Agile ceremonies, you will coach the team to high performance using metrics along with a positive team environment that promotes psychological safety and a learning mindset.

You will work with both Product Owner and Platform Owner to align sprint goals with the business and technology priorities captured in the backlog.


What you offer

  • Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master desirable
  • 3 to 5 years practical experience as a Scrum Master for more than 1 team
- familiarity with market leading Agile tools, JIRA desirable
- solid understanding of processes and methodologies other than Agile and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to our teams
- strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
