Flip Out Braybrook is seeking the services of an experienced Store Supervisor to manage and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business.

A drive to build and develop a dynamic team of employees following mandatory Franchise Operations Manuals.
Ability to report to the manager and franchisees.
Proven experience in supervising a team and lead by example yourself.
Able to drive and understand word, excel, team's intranet and point of sale.
The ability to constantly train and overlook staff performance within a fastpaced environment, putting the staff to work and making them accountable.
To follow strict mandatory processes where safety is concerned.
Strong sales experience and recognizing sales to drive revenue.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
The successful supervisor must be able to work on a rotating roster, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
To serve at the front counter and lead by example, always offering outstanding customer service.
A problem solver and a quick learner.
Must have a can do positive cando attitude.
