As a Magento Technical Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and our internal developers, ensuring seamless communication and understanding between both parties.

To thrive in this role, a deep grasp of business needs is paramount.

Your capacity to conceptualize solutions, mindful of the core platform's capabilities and limitations (Adobe Commerce / Magento), and adeptly integrating modern implementation methods, will be integral.

Key Qualifications:

Magento Proficiency: A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Magento, specifically Magento 2, including in-depth knowledge of its architecture, modules, and customizations.

Ecommerce Expertise: Proven experience in managing and leading technical aspects of ecommerce projects, understanding the full lifecycle from development to deployment.

Technical Architecture: Demonstrated ability to design complex and scalable Magento solutions, extending core functionality to meet specific business requirements.

Integration Know-How: Adeptness in various integration methodologies, including middleware solutions, APIs, asynchronous patterns (messaging and batches), and headless architecture.

Modern Development Practices: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and best practices like Dependency Injection and Separation of Concerns.

Agile Methodology: Previous involvement in Agile development processes, using tools like JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
