Description

Exciting Challenges

Determine training needs of Bunnings and Sika staff and adapt training accordingly
Conduct training sessions and product mock ups in store at Bunnings to maximise knowledge of product specifications and enabling enhancement of sales
Update, maintain and evaluate effectiveness of new and existing training manuals, materials and programs
Work with the respective State Representatives to ensure that all assigned training has been delivered as per the required standard
Train the Field Sales Representatives on Bunnings product range and capabilities

We Need Your Skills

Minimum 24 years' experience in a retail/customer support/training role or similar field
Ability to train in a variety of methodologies including standup presentation, group facilitation, demonstration, and remote delivery
Ability to assess training needs and determine training objectives
