The Role:


CDC NSW has an exciting opportunity of an
Operation Controller to be a part of our high-tech Operational Customer Centre (OCC) at Seven Hills.

As an OCC Controller your role will be to monitor bus service performance in a real-time environment and minimise service delays using online support systems, handle emergencies and restore service after disruptions.

This is a unique opportunity to learn from and be part of a highly qualified and experienced team which thrives on performing to achieve positive outcomes.

This is part time role working weekends only.


About You:


To be an exceptional OCC Controller, you will:

  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have the ability to support our drivers in a prompt, professional and consistent manner
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify and provide solutions for onroad issues
  • Be aware of the cultural diversity and sensitivities of our workforce and customers
  • Have exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage fluctuating workloads and changing priorities
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have proficient computer skills and be adaptable to new technology
  • Have the ability to maintain a logical thought process and remain calm in stressful and challenging circumstances.
