The main duties of the role include:

  • Provide leadership and support to the frontline team
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to staff
  • Support training, onboarding and coaching of new starters
  • Ensure a positive customer experience for our guests
  • Deal with customer feedback and offer positive outcomes and solutions

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams with Team Leading experience.
  • A valid RSA and RCG competency card
  • Confidence to work independently and resolve issues
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Flexibility and availability to work across the operating hours of the Club
  • Able to work a rotating shift roster including weekends, nights, public holidays
