Commercial Property team


The Commercial Property team have decades of cumulative experience advising on a wide range of property transactions and advice including sales and acquisitions, property development, leasing (retail, commercial and industrial), liquor licensing and strata title.


They are regularly acknowledged as leaders in their field by independent legal directories, especially in regards to their pragmatic and commercial approach.


The Role


As an upshot of growth, the team is now looking for an Associate level lawyer to join their Parramatta and Sydney CBD office.

This role will see you reporting to the partner of the practice and assisting with the management and negotiation of leases, acquisitions, sales; the preparation of contracts; refinancing; and property development.


You will be exposed to various clientele including government departments and agencies, private companies, multinational subsidiaries, national retailers, property developers and utility companies.

Requirements:

To be successful, you will be a motivated Associate level lawyer with 2 to 4 years' post admissions experience


In addition, you will:
- have strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills
