Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance & field service support to operations personnel.
Perform major repairs and maintenance to Drills and components within designated timeframes.
Complete scheduled maintenance and breakdown/preventative repairs to the highest standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automation systems.
Conduct Drilling Automation & maintenance setup.
Generate comprehensive reports at the end of each job, including service reports, timesheets, and final inspection check sheets.
Keep our client's Maintenance System up to date.
Conduct regular inspections of both fixed and mobile plant & equipment.
Follow company guidelines when ordering parts and consumables.
Handle workshop maintenance repairs and assist with breakdowns.
Respect and maintain companyowned and provided tooling.
Participate in directed training.
Undertake any other duties as directed, within your level of competence.

Qualifications Required:

Australian recognised Trade Certification
Current Australian driver's license with HR endorsement
Current Police Clearance
Working at Heights (beneficial)
Confined Space (beneficial)
HRWL (Forklift, Rigging, EWP Ticket) (beneficial)
Provide First Aid (beneficial)

Experience Required:

A minimum of 3 years' experience with surface or underground Drill rigs within the mining or resource industries
Caterpillar, Atlas Copco (Epiroc), or Sandvik product knowledge & experience performing maintenance on mobile and stationary plant & equipment
Experience & ability to work FIFO
