- Serves as a team lead coordinating the work of team members in an effective manner. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
- To contribute to the operation of the AU/CSCA Formulation schedule and to ensure that product is delivered to the filling lines per our Heijunka requirements.
- Manages and reports KPI's for area of responsibility through Tier 2 Daily Management.
- Ensures quality standards and expectations are effectively communicated and achieved (such as line clearance, audits etc.).
- Reviews Formulation Batch History Record paperwork for compliance and maintains GMP and Quality Systems Regulations.
- Participates in continuous improvement activities, e.g. DBS/Muda reductions initiatives, WCM techniques and practices.
- Ensure all CCF's/ECC's and deviations are completed on time for the department.
- Leaving Certificate or Equivalent with 6+ years' experience.
- Developed expertise in a variety of operational work processes typically developed through job related training and considerable on the job expertise.
- Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Use of Oracle or an Equivalent ERP system is an advantage.
- Demonstrated capability in Problem Solving is an advantage.
- Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment such as analytical balance, pH meter, pipettes, fume hoods, spectrophotometers, etc

The Advanced Co-Ordinator AU Formulation (swing shift) is part of the AU Production Operations located just outside Tulla, in Lismeehan, O'Callaghan's Mills, Co. Clare (20 mins from Ennis, 30 mins from Limerick city) and will be based onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will work on Swing Shift which is a week of Days followed by a week of Evenings and this rotates.
