About the Company:

We are working with a Construction & Maintenance company who provide a range of services including building maintenance, construction and refurbishments.

They service all of Victoria and hold large contracts with Community Housing (CHL).

Based in the South East of Melbourne this business prides themselves on their tight knit, hard working but social culture.

About the Role:

Reporting into the Contracts Manager, the focus will be to oversee a region within the residential maintenance works.

The role includes contractor/internal trades management within their region, building quotations, reporting on contract performance, meeting KPIs etc.

Key skills required to be successful in this position:

I am looking to speak with experienced trades people who are looking for a route off the tools and progress into Supervisory roles and existing Supervisors looking for a change of scene.
