- Facilitate on time customs and quarantine clearance / release of consignments
- Apply understanding of trade requirements, procedures and Australian Customs & tariff regulations and Australian Biosecurity requirements
- Assist our clients and maintain our high quality customer service
- Liaise with external departments
- General administration including but not limited to invoicing and reporting using CargoWise One
- Hold and maintain current Customs Broker Licence and AWE Broker Accreditation
- At least 12 months experience in customs brokering or 2+ years as customs compiler
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge or familiarity with CargoWise One preferred

The SEAWAY Group is currently looking for a licensed broker to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customs Broker to join our growing business.
Reporting directly to our Customs Manager, ideally you will have at least 12 months' experience in a customs broker position or 2 + years' experience as a customs compiler/administrator.
