The Role

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this role supports three Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members including the Chief Operations Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, and the Chief Commercial Officer.

The Team Assistant provides executive level assistance and team administration, to ensure timely and efficient team activities.

The Team Assistant provides executive level assistance and team administration, to ensure timely and efficient team activities.

Minimum:


  • Previous experience in secretarial, administration, or assistant roles, successfully managing multiple tasks and competing priorities at a Csuite level
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Skilled user in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others team members
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to unexpected tasks as they arise
  • Ability to work autonomously

Ideal:


  • Previous experience using Dynamics 365
