Our Lihir operation in Non-Process Infrastructure & Operational Services is now recruiting for the position of Superintendent - NPI & OS Projects

As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in leading the business improvement function by conducting regular analyses of our operations' value chain performance to pinpoint impactful improvement opportunities that enhance both revenue generation and cost efficiency.

Additionally, you will take charge of leading improvement initiatives from conception to execution, aligning efforts with the comprehensive goals set by the Principal of Business Improvement and Projects and the Head of NPIOS and Full Potential.
