The
APS4 Procurement and Budget Officer role reports to the EL1 Budget and Procurement Team Leader within the Financial Service Branch.


The Procurement responsibilities of this role include:

  • Publish contracts and amendments on AusTender through Technology One.
  • Monitor and process CDPP's eprocurement workflow task inbox via the CDPP's contract management system (Technology One).
  • Assist internal stakeholders with the eProcurement system.
  • Monitor and respond to general procurement enquires via the CDPP's procurement mailbox.
  • Work proactively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including from other government entities.
  • Assist with contract register reporting as required.
  • Facilitate with the administration of Cabcharge and Lounge membership arrangements for the CDPP.
  • Support with other procurement related tasks as required.
There will be opportunities to assist the team with budget processes (external and internal) and management financial reporting including:

  • Enter internal budgets into CDPP's FMIS (Technology One).
  • Enter external budget estimates into the Department of Finance FMIS (CBMS).
  • Assist with providing advice on a range of finance related topics.
  • Support as required with other finance related compliance reporting including QuestionsonNotice, annual report and senate estimates briefs.
