Overview:
Due to ongoing growth we're on the hunt for a motivated, hungry and passionate individual to join our team. Experience in CFDs and FX preferable but not essential (new graduates will be considered).
As a key part of our customer experience team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our high-net-worth clients working in collaboration with our Client facing, Dealing, Marketing, Research and Global payment team.
Acting as a key touchpoint for the StoneX, you will liaise directly with our clients to introduce, promote and assist them with obtaining the Trading solutions they need.
Responsibilities:
General Duties:
- Being part of a team based in Sydney or melbourne dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer onboarding experience
- Facilitate outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers
- No cold calling is involved, the job is heavily centered on engaging warm leads via outbound call campaigns and the vast majority of the day will be spent speaking to clients over the phone, in a fastpaced workplace environment
- Provide support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience
- Encourage and support referrals from existing clients
Knowledge and Experience:
- Passionate about sales and delivering the highest possible service to customers
- Creative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team player
- Can learn complex products quickly
- Have computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proactive, KPIdriven representative, able to manage your own client base but driven to source new relationships on own accord
- Selfmotivated that likes working to targets
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset to support our customers in the demanding, realtime environment of active trading
- Commitment to continuous improvement
Sales process, planning, execution:
- Actively leverages sales process to increase conversion rate, decrease sales cycle, and inprove deal win rate
- Maintains an accurate pipeline and funnel with high integrity
- Maintains a set of personal goals and metrics, tracking progress against those
- Maintains a calendar blocking, scheduling time to maximize productivity and effectiveness
Qualifications:
Qualification and Skills:
- Mandarin and English language proficiency
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to determine minimum maintenance requirements for all currency pairs, CFD's, metals and commodities
