_A Mechanical Fitter with solid industrial maintenance skills is required by RCR Mining Technologies for our close-knit workshop team in Welshpool._

The successful Mechanical Fitter will join a dedicated and highly skilled team taking responsibility for maintenance and smooth running of mechanical equipment and machining tools.

You will ideally have a strong fitting career history with solid maintenance and repairs knowledge.

Given the high level of Precision Engineering delivered by RCR, we ideally recruit multi-skilled Fitter who offer Forklift and Rigging tickets, but training can be provided.

This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment in a safe, efficient and competent manner and assembling products to appropriate OEM specifications, including but not limited to stripping, testing, heating and other mechanical works as required.

_You must be fit to handle work involving manual labour and bring a great attitude to working within a team environment._

Required skills:

Live locally to the Perth Metropolitan area
Mechanical Trade (Fitting/Machining) or Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
Current Driver's Licence
Strong fitting background working on heavy mining and general industrial equipment
Experience on maintenance of machines or machine tools
CNC Machinist background is desirable

Hourly rate starts at $37.20 plus penalties.
