Aa dynamic and growing company in need of a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to join our team.
We own the 'collectibles' space for both retail, wholesale and ecom and are committed to delivering quality products to our customers.
If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for ensuring efficient inventory management, we want you to be part of our team.
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our inventory is accurately recorded, well-organized, and efficiently managed.
This role requires a dedicated and commited team member keen to bring in improvements and make a difference, the role needs someone who understands retail, has good process and will colaberate with the Area Sales Manager to assist with ensuring the right stock is in the right place to maximise sales.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain and update inventory records to track product quantities, shipments, and stock levels accurately - across our stores and warehouse.

Reconciliation: Conduct regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and resolve discrepancies with relevant teams.

Supplier Relations: Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries, address any supply issues, and maintain healthy vendor relationships.

Inventory Optimization: Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess stock and reduce carrying costs.

Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, plan for demand, and suggest strategies for improved inventory management.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records and document inventory transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles is a plus.
