Description

Our client is a leading designer, manufacturer, operator and maintainer of advanced water treatment systems, and are seeking a Service Technician.

This is a Permanent Full-Time vacancy with opportunity to take on a 14/14 Roster FIFO Secondment. It is important that you are willing to travel to and work at remote locations if required.

Service Technicians working in remote locations are rewarded with salary uplifts and allowances in addition to a competitive base salary.

A Service Vehicle is provided when performing metropolitan service work.

No day is ever the same; your daily challenges are only a drop in the ocean and would involve:

Operating and Maintaining Water Treatment plants across a variety of interesting and challenging industries, clients and site locations as outlined in the Service Agreement.
Fault finding and repair/optimisation of Water Treatment Plants.
Some opportunity to work overseas Pacific islands and South East Asia.
Assist with the preparation of Plant Performance and client reports.
Provide a work life balance environment with opportunities for upskilling and career progression.

This hands-on role will require, technical and process aptitude along with the ability to undertake remote site work on occasions.

Trade certification and/or previous experience in the service, maintenance and/or operation of Water Treatment plants would be desired but is not essential.
