Site Supervisor - South Perth, Australia - Southcity Landscaping

Description

This role is leadership/supervisory focused, where you will be responsible for ensuring all site plans/designs are implemented to a high degree, guiding and setting timeframes for the team, ensuring communication is kept with management.

You will liaise with the Director on a daily basis, follow the set schedule of work, and assisting the team to install products.

All of the leg work will be done for you to show up and get the work done (no quoting or business development required).

• Supervising the team to carry out the days set tasks
• Liaising with management to provide progress updates, scheduling, and materials
• Oversee the completion all landscape maintenance duties completed by your team
• Training and development to assist you grow as a People Manager
• Providing guidance, training and support to labourers
• Ad hoc administrative duties reporting etc

• Prior Experience in the Landscaping industry
• Ability to think outside the square and problem solve
• Qualifications desirable and advantageous
• Driver's licence and own transport. Or ability to collect work vehicle each day

• White Card
• National Police Check (willing to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (willing to obtain)

• Vehicle + fuel for work purposes
• Up to $35+ p/h depending on experience/responsibilities
