About the Position
Sitting within the Operations and Maintenance Business Unit, based at the Operations Centre in Bibra Lake, the role provides administrative, purchasing, customer service and logistic support along with project assistance for Civil Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance.
The position requires daily positive interaction with customers from various internal and external business groups, external suppliers / contractors and other staff based at the Operations Centre.
Our high achieving team prides itself on providing exceptional levels of customer service and a positive and collaborative approach in all their work, so we require a professional and experienced administration officer to complement this standard.
About You
We are excited to meet our new administration support officer who has:
- Previous experience in a customer service delivery and/or administration support role.
- Developed computer skills particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills in order to work effectively in an open plan, team environment.
- Welldeveloped time management and task prioritisation skills.
- Previous experience in goods and services procurement and/or cost accounting environment
Salary:
$68,212 - $72,878 pro rata per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
