- Provide agreed levels of customer service in accordance with Allianz Australia standards for customer communication, delivery, handling queries and followup service.
- Communicate with relevant departments to assist in resolving credit issues for a timely and beneficial outcome, referring to Legal where necessary.
- Maintain constructive client relations through a balance of appropriate customer service skills and efficient credit management practices.
- Communicate and negotiate with policy holders and/or intermediaries to resolve overdue accounts, following up to ensure commitments made by clients are met.
- Ensure records of discussions are accurate and promptly entered into the electronic diary system and recommendations / decisions made are clearly documented for future reference.
- Ensure actions taken are in accordance with approved delegation levels and audit requirements for write offs.
About you
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value to customers by delivering high quality services and positive customer experiences to sustain and enhance the customer base.
- Ability to recognise, avert, manage and escalate conflicts to enable effective and timely resolution in accordance with organisational processes.
- Ability to make independent as well as collaborative decisions during expected or unexpected situations and then taking responsibility for the consequences of decisions taken.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
