Duties:


As a
Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will be deployed to an Australian grow tech giant; a well-known global leader where you will be working directly with their in-house Talent Acquisition team.

You will recommend and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive talent and be an ambassador for Allegis Global Solutions and your client's brand at every interaction.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs are met.
  • Communicating recruitment trends, and market intelligence, and acting as a talent advisor to hiring managers.
  • Identifying and escalating risk or compliance issues.
  • Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitmentrelated data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times.
  • Utilising specialist market knowledge to assist with the development and ongoing management of prequalified talent pools in collaboration with the Recruitment Sourcing Specialist.

Qualifications:


Requirements:


  • Knowledge of the Australia market in terms of roles (P50 Core Engineers
  • Senior Software Engineers, Frontend and Backend etc.)
  • Prior experience conducting behavioralbased interviews for a variety of roles.
  • Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Job Platforms etc.
  • Prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree preferred (but not mandated).
