Sanctuary Recruitment is searching for someone who has extensive Care Manager experience to lead a Medium sized facility in the Burleigh Heads area.

The home is fully compliant with the Aged Care Standards and ready for a Clinical Manager to step in and maintain the great practices that have been established.
What will you need to be considered?
- Current AHPRA registration
- 3+ years Aged Care experience as an RN
- Exemplary communication, presentation and collaboration skills
- Extensive knowledge of AN ACC and aged care accreditation standards
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Solid financial management with a track record in delivering operational strategies.
