  • What's the job?
  • Reporting to our Senior Student Records and Compliance Officer, the Student Records Compliance & ESOS Coordinator will be responsible for providing high level administrative support and coordination. This includes reporting of critical compliance and administrative tasks associated with a student's records.

Day-to-day accountabilities:

  • This is a pivotal role, to making sure all our ESOS compliance and Student Records.

In this role, you will be:

  • Quality check and control the accuracy of student records data and provide a continuous improvement feedback approach to student support staff.-
  • Monitor and action alerts on PRISMS.-
  • Ensure accuracy of student data on PRISMS through regular audits and comparison reports.-
  • Identify training needs regarding compliance and SIS and communicate/escalate to manager.
  • This is a permanent, full time opportunity.
  • Note: This role requires you to hold full time working rights in Australia. This role does not offer visa sponsorship opportunities.
Who you are

  • To be successfully considered for this role, we believe you must have:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience within an administration or support role in an education environment, with a tertiary qualification preferred but not essential.-
  • Working Skills: Proven organisational skills with an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality. This also requires you to have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.-
  • Technical Skills: You must have an excellent written and verbal communication skills. Also due to the technicality of data management, you must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Expertise on PRISMS, MS Dynamics and Banner is preferred.-
  • Commitment to achieve: you must have strong time management skills, fostering strong relationships with the rest of the team and across all departments based on trust, respect, collaboration, constructive feedback and flexibility to support other team members
