Description
General Ledger, Credit Cards, & Bank Reconciliation- Manage endtoend accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, BAS, reconciliation, and journals.
- Reconcile daily sales with store managers, such as cash and card payments
- Monthly Profit & Loss, B/sheet with Variance Analysis
- Finalize yearend account
- Update Bank data for payments prepared by AP
- Balance bank figures
- Guide and mentor Accounts staff on all accounting issues
- Policies on company activities (cutoff dates, fixed assets acquisition, PO entries)
- Staff super payment
- Progress invoices monitoring
Salary:
$70, $90,000.00 per year
