The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a full time Team Leader to join our Tennyson Distribution Centre in Brisbane. The role involves working a roster between the hours of 6.00am-3.00pm Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity to be part of a family-owned business with a supportive work culture.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for coaching, training and managing your pick pack team to achieve the best pick efficiency rate, high DIFOT whilst maintaining a high standard of warehouse operations and HACCP protocols.

Key Responsibilities include

• Supervise the performance of a small team to meet targets and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
• Daily management of the business to achieve planned/budgeted KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures, performance standards, stock control and service levels.
• Complete administrative tasks associated with managing the team including time and attendance and injury management.
• Effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders.
• Focus on the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

• Possess a proven history in coaching and mentoring others

• Must hold a valid High Risk LF License
