We have an opportunity for an Operational Sustainability Coordinator to join the National Operations team at our Sydney head office.


The Opportunity - About the Role


Reporting to the Operational Sustainability Manager, you will support in implementing and reporting on various projects and strategic initiatives in relation to the Stockland's ESG roadmap.

The role will be responsible for working with various internal and external teams to improve operational efficiency standards across all assets and supporting with the preparation of required reports.


Key Responsibilities- Responsible for maintenance and currency of national framework for operational CR&S reporting. Investigate business data sources from SAP, Sustainability, Risk and Finance, to identify reporting opportunities. Assist the Operational Sustainability Manager in driving Stockland's NetZero targets and initiatives. Support the business in the NGERS assurance audit process. Assist with energy budgeting, forecasting and procurement. Manage NABERS, GreenStar Performance and WELL certification processes. Manage special projects, such as solar installations, as guided by Operational Sustainability Manager. Assist asset teams with improvements in operational practices and innovations to improve energy, carbon and water metrics. Drive and implement asset waste management and recycling strategies.
About You- Bachelor's degree in Property, Construction, Engineering, IT, Business or Commerce (preferred) 2+ years' experience in analytics and management of critical business information 2+ years' experience in Property, Sustainability and/or Asset Management Experience in driving waste reduction and diversion initiatives Moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Skills in PowerBI would be highly advantageous Sound analytical and numerical skills
