**People & Culture Advisor - 6 month Contract

This is an exciting opportunity for P&C Advisors to join our dynamic People, Culture and Workplace team, based at the Rydalmere Operations Centre.


Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the role will provide support to the broader PC&W team in delivering operations, strategy and projects for the Rydalmere Operations Centre.

This includes providing support and assistance to P&C Business Partners and P&C SME's on a diverse range of P&C issues, initiatives and working across projects predominately the role will involve working in administering the Organisational Review outcomes, day to day Recruitment and Onboarding for the site but also opportunities that span across within Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Change Management.


The P&C Advisor will also have a key focus on recruitment and onboarding for the Rydalmere Operations Centre whilst also enhancing the administrative systems, processes and procedures that support the P&C function to ensure consistency and a high level of governance.


About You

  • Proven effective, consistent, and timely delivery of P&C services when providing frontline support to employees and managers
  • Experience in handon recruitment support
  • Experience in preparing employee correspondence, maintenance of the HRIS system relating to employee and positions as well as developing templates and policies
  • Process improvement initiative and a strong attention to detail
  • Great customer service skills, ability to build rapport and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders of all levels

Qualifications (Level)
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or other relevant related discipline


Experience

  • Generalist HR experience
  • Previous experience requiring a detailed understanding of human resources policies and procedures

We are offering an attractive base salary starting from $93,903.52 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation.
