Permanent full-time position - 38hr week:

Working within our Finance division and reporting directly to the Credit Manager, this role has responsibility for the effective management of Accounts Receivable collections


Your role will involve:

  • Ensure compliance at all times with all policies and procedures under which the collection team operates
  • Take all steps to ensure the company's cash flow is maximised and risk minimised
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations for changes to work policies and procedures to minimise the risk faced by Coates
  • Identify repetitive disputes or poor business practices and raise with management to avoid a recurrence.
  • Ensure customer credit limits are managed, delinquent accounts identified and disputes managed

What you'll need to bring to the role
In addition to 3-5 years experience in a high-volume collections or credit environment, we anticipate your experience includes:

  • Exposure to credit management, collection techniques, reporting and credit risk.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be willing to liaise with our customers via the phone.
  • Comfort working in a fastpaced environment _you excel under pressure and your time management skills are top notch_
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Credit Management.
  • Desirable
  • AICM membership and CCE qualification highly regarded.
