About the role

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager the purpose of the Rental Coordinator is to provide efficient and effective administration support to all branch operations and it's stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Activating new customer accounts
  • Raising and updating client agreements
  • Managing customer account information
  • Billing management processing invoices, credits and account follow ups
  • Ensure CRM is up to date
  • Raising service orders
  • Stock take
  • Various other ad hoc administration tasks as required

Selection criteria
To be successful in this role you will have

  • Previous experience in a customer facing administration role
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite Essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and build strong professional relationships
