Responsibilities:


  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on Volkswagen and CUPRA parts, accessories, and technical specifications.
  • Identify and interpret customer needs and assist in finding the correct parts or components.
  • Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with service technicians and other staff members to ensure the availability of required parts and accessories.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to optimize efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and customercentric manner.
  • Stay updated on the latest Volkswagen and CUPRA product knowledge and participate in training programs as required.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a parts interpreter role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Volkswagen and/or CUPRA vehicles and their respective parts is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and parts catalogues.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
