TSD is a fully owned subsidiary of Lovelight, an Australian and New Zealand company that designs custom window furnishings for beautiful spaces, and the team works and plays alongside Lovelight team members.

At TSD we are a small but mighty team of five and looking for a sixth to join our dynamic and supportive team.

We are collaborative and while we all have individual roles, everyone's a generalist and must be willing to jump in and help where required, regardless of primary role responsibilities.


This position reports to the head of TSD and you will form strong working relationships with all members of the team.


Responsibilities

  • Provide the daytoday human contact that makes the TSD online model work
  • Quickly build relationships and trust with customers
  • Problem solve and trouble shoot on orders, and anticipate what customers want before they know it themselves
  • Using the systems provided, maintain and manage task lists, records and call notes
  • Contribute to the smooth running of TSD, and support team mates as needed
  • You will go over and above what is expected of you, and will amaze and impress customers and team mates alike

Personal attributes, qualifications, skills, and experience

  • We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, who is comfortable on the phone and excellent at building rapport an extrovert is ideal
  • You will have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • You will be experienced at making both outbound calls to offer assistance to leads, as well as taking and running with inbound requests for help
  • Organised is your middle name, and you have the ability to quickly learn (and adhere to) new systems and processes
  • Time management comes naturally to you, and you make the most out of the time you have available in your day
  • Checking the detail is second nature, and checking again is something you know will bring you peace of mind
  • You will have experience in being a selfstarter motivation comes easily to you
  • Looking for ways to improve how TSD works will always be in the back of your mind

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
