- they act as a home for coaching and development, so that people can come back to their sessions, notes and information when they pragmatically need the information

They give an organization real time reporting on how often the platform is being used, both at a company level and an individual level.

So Hello(Monday) to the job?
The Account Executive role is all about new business.
You'll be approaching people in the HR department

Heads of People and Culture, HR Managers or Business Partners, Learning & Development leaders or Organisational Development Managers.
You'll conduct between 810 new business meetings per week
46 of which will be booked for you by the SDR team. You will need to pick up the phone and book some of your own meetings
You'll work to a mid market annual target, selling subscriptions for a number of licenses that have a varying number of coaching sessions included (think either 1 per month or unlimited sessions).
You'll be in the office 2 days a week to work with the team
